SEMONEMO English Program
LTR Speaking
Real US-classroom lessons — critical thinking that gets kids talking. "A curriculum designed by school teachers, building from English basics to critical thinking in the classroom."
Enrollment is available after a placement test and an individual consultation.

Key goals
"Not English for getting the right answer — English for expressing your thinking."
Classroom adaptation (School Adaptation)
Speaking practice built on the topics and teaching styles of real US schools.
Critical thinking
Starting from simple questions and building up to problem-solving questions to grow thinking skills.
Maximum English exposure
Nonfiction topics build academic vocabulary and broad background knowledge.
Class process (5 steps)
A process that gets children talking naturally and speaking in full sentences.
01 Small Talk & Ice Breaking
- Light questions on the topic open the class and help children relax and get ready to talk.
02 Riddles (listening)
- Children listen to clues and guess the answer — it takes real focus and thinking.
03 Picture Description & WH Questions
- Children answer who/what/when/where/why/how questions about a picture, finding answers with the teacher's guiding questions.
04 From Word to Full Sentence
- The teacher turns one-word answers into full sentences for children to repeat, building a strong speaking foundation.
05 Problem Solving
- Children think and talk about how to solve the problem in a picture, building real-life coping skills.
Special care in LTR Speaking
AI speaking bot homework (Speaking Homework)
Speaking continues after class: 12 situation-based bot prompts let children review expressions by talking with AI at home.
Bilingual support (Voca Explanation)
Classes are in English for maximum exposure, while difficult key words are clarified in Korean so nothing is missed.

Why LTR Speaking now
Younger children often rely on memorized sentences and patterns. But in a real US classroom, children need to share their own ideas freely and solve problems with classmates. Help your child gain the confidence to say what they think without fear of mistakes.
1:1 private classes available
Every class can also be taken as a private 1:1 class instead of a group class, with the schedule and pace set for your child.
How classes work
- Student page
- After enrolling, you'll get a link to your child's student page. Join class, find class materials, and watch past class recordings — all in one place. Bookmark it on your child's device.
- Homework
- Each class's teacher shares homework and feedback.
- Absences and make-ups
- Missed classes still count toward your enrolled classes. For group classes, your child can catch up with the recording. If something comes up, please let the teacher know in advance — the teacher may not count the class or may schedule a make-up.
- Refunds
- See section 5 (Refunds) of our Terms of Service.
